Mother’s Day Make and Market
Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025
Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Setup begins at 9:00 AM)
Location: Eye Catch’n Day Spa, 3010 6th Ave South, Birmingham, AL
1. EVENT OVERVIEW
This event is hosted by She Is Candles LLC, operating under Eye Candle Experience, and will take place rain or shine. Vendors are expected to be prepared for all weather conditions.
2. VENDOR TERMS & REQUIREMENTS
Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to begin no later than 11:45 AM.
Market Hours: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Vendors may not tear down or leave before the event concludes.
Early departure may result in exclusion from future events.Tent/Weather Prep: This is an outdoor event. Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and any necessary setup to protect from the elements.
Rain or Shine: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Space: Each vendor will be provided a designated space. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional area.
Licensing: Vendors are responsible for ensuring all licenses, permits, and insurances are in place as required by law.
Sales: Vendors retain 100% of their sales. No commission is taken by the host.
3. LIABILITY & RELEASE
By signing this agreement, you agree that She Is Candles LLC / Eye Candle Experience, Eye Catch’n Day Spa, the venue, and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event. Vendors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Vendor fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. If a vendor is unable to attend, notification must be given at least 72 hours in advance, although no refunds will be issued. No-shows may not be considered for future markets.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
All vendors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward guests, other vendors, and event staff. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the event and removal from future consideration.
6. AGREEMENT
