Eye Candlxperience - Rules & Regulations

Age Requirements & Supervision

• Classes are for ages 5 and up

• Children are welcome to participate

• We do not provide childcare or babysitting services

• Parents/guardians are strongly recommended to stay with children under 13 years of age

• Minors (under 18) must have waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian

Waivers

• All participants must sign a waiver before beginning the experience

• Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

Product Pickup

• You may take your finished product home the same day

• Candlemaking classes typically last 1 hour

• Candles require an additional 1 hour to solidify

• Your candle will be ready for pickup approximately 2 hours after class start time

  • Example: For a class starting at noon, your candle will be ready by 2 PM

• There are no exceptions to pick-up times

• If you cannot wait for your candles to solidify, you may:

  • Return another day to pick up your candles

  • Arrange with our associates to have candles shipped to you (additional charges apply)

Workshop Guidelines

• Workshops are suitable for ages 10+

• Pets are not allowed in the studio (fragrances and hot wax are not ideal for pets or children under ten)

• Each person attending a workshop must have a ticket

• Due to limited workshop space, only ticketed participants may enter the workshop area

• No exceptions will be made regarding ticketing requirements
