Vendor Agreement for Eye Candle Experience Breakfast at Tiffany's Tea Party: A Galentine's Day Extravaganza

Date of Event: Saturday, February 10, 2024

Location: 3010 6th Ave South, Birmingham, Alabama (Avondale)

Event Time: 12 PM to 4 PM

Vendor Setup: No later than 11:30 AM, with setup beginning at 8:30 AM

1. Participation Fee: Each vendor must pay a participation fee of $40 for the pop-up shop. Fees are due and payable before set up on the event grounds.

2. Vendor Eligibility and Restrictions: Priority for women-owned and Black-owned businesses.Open to various industries, except candle vendors.

3. Permits and Licenses: Vendors must have all necessary permits and licenses.

4. Setup and Breakdown: Vendors must complete their setup by 11:30 AM and are responsible for their materials, including post-event cleanup.

5. Liability and Affiliation: Vendors participate at their own risk. The event is not responsible for any damages, theft, or losses and is not affiliated with vendors' businesses.

6. No Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 31, 2024. The event will occur rain or shine.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before January 31, 2024, will receive a full refund. Post-deadline cancellations will be refunded half of the deposit or kept for the next event.

8. Event Advertising: Promotion through social media, print media, and other outlets.

9. Equipment Rentals: Tables are available for a $15 fee; chairs are provided. Vendors must request tables in advance.

10. Space Management: Vendors agree to keep their area neat and within assigned boundaries. All materials must be removed by 5 PM.

11. Electrical Access:Electrical outlets are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon request.

12. Equipment and Tent Recommendations:Vendors may bring their equipment, including tables and chairs, as long as they comply with the event's standards. Tents are not required but are recommended.
